As brand ambassador, Witherspoon announced new funding for projects that will eliminate violence against women and improve access to justice.

She accessorized with black pumps, stud earrings, Avon Empowerment Pendant Necklace and a gold watch in her left arm. Her straight blond hair was styled half up and half down. She wore shimmery eye makeup, bold pink blush and pink lip color.
Speaking at the event she said one in three women is a victim of domestic violence and "that's pretty much everyone we know."
