The fringed dress had a braided waist. She accessorized with knee high black Aldo boots and two necklaces.
Her long blond hair set in loose vertical waves framed her face cascading down her shoulders. She wore light blue eye shadow with lots of clear mascara and nude lip gloss.
Miley attended the event at the El Capitan Theatre, Hollywood, California, with her entire family: co-star and dad Billy Ray, mother Leticia, older sister Brandi, brother Braison, younger sister Noah and her grandmother.
Also attending was boyfriend model Justin Gaston but he did not pose with Miley
"He's letting me do my own thing - he's letting me shine tonight," Miley explained.
It has been an incredible journey for sixteen-year-old Miley who got her big break just three years ago when she won the lead role in the Disney Series Hannah Montana at the age of 13. She has accomplished much - TV artiste, Singer, author and now a film star.
Talking about the film, Billy Ray said, “It's an exciting moment. We've worked very hard to get to this point. The film is very real. It's art imitating life imitating art.”
Producer Al Gough described the film as "sort of like a superhero movie for girls really, in that you're dealing with issues of identity and honesty and following your dream, but how much burden do you put on your family. So it's really all sort of there, and Miley is the engine that drives that."
