The white gown had a side cowled neck and an opening on the right side that gave tantalizing glimpses of the hot body that sizzled inside.
Fox, 23, accessorized with matching dazzling Kwiat jewels - hoop earrings, two chunky bangles in her left arm and a cocktail ring in her right hand index finger. Her dark long hair, styled in loose messy waves, was swept up and tied at the back.
Megan says she gets anxious seeing her own photos. "I never (look at myself), even in still photographs. I don't look at anything. I panic if there is a monitor in the room I immediately go into like an anxiety attack. I'm insecure, I think most actors are pretty insecure."
Considering that she has topped FHM's list of 100 sexiest women for the second time in a row this year, what she says is hard to believe.
She admits to be bisexual. Could she also be monosexual? Like she doesn't want to look at herself because she might want to rape herself?
Referring to how the media hypes up her quotes, Fox said, "I'm not coping very well with all this.
"Really I'm insane and I don't know how to control my mouth, but I'm working on it."
The Transformers cast recounted their filming experiences at the premiere. While Shia LaBeouf showed his scars and shared his near blinding experiences on the set, Megan said, "There is a scene with Ramon and I where we're running though this industrial building and Michael (Bay) doesn't even feature it a lot in the movie, so [bleep] him for that."
"There were gas bombs coming out of the wall, like four or five that you had to run past. If I didn't run fast enough, I would have lost all my hair. Or my eyebrows. Or something."
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen opens in the US theaters June 24.
