London, Sept. 30: Actress Amanda Peet has revealed that she has started seeing recurring nightmares about the party following her forthcoming wedding with fiancé David Benioff this weekend.
The Studio 60 star says that her concern is not towards the marriage ceremonies, but about the party afterwards. However, she admits that her fears are slightly irrational.
"I think I've been pretty mellow, but recently I've been having recurring nightmares about, not the ceremony, but the party. They're sort of adolescent fears of just being lame, having a lame party," the Sun quoted her as saying.
"I go to the bathroom and I come back to the party and everyone is gone except for a few distant uncles of David's," she added.
Amanda also revealed that her 36-year-old fiancé did not leave a very good impression upon her when they first met at a blind date set by a mutual friend.
"A mutual friend, Peter Blake, fixed us up on a blind date. I thought he was a little cocky. He made fun of my thumbs," she said..
The actress also said that owing to her pregnancy, her 'Studio 60' co-stars had given her a funny nickname.
"They call me 'Fatty'. I think it's funny," she said.
"The show's creator Aaron Sorkin is convinced I have a five-year-old in here or twins," she added
Amanda is best known for her roles in films The Whole Nine Yards and Saving Silverman. (ANI)
