She has told pals the pop legend is convinced a judge will agree the cut-price settlement.
Macca reportedly wants to fight the case in open court to defend allegations against him because he believes he will end up with a better financial deal.
And she is certain he is confident of paying only a tiny chunk of his near 1billion pounds fortune because he believes she was behind dirty tricks against him.
"Heather has demanded £100million from Paul, but he has not made her any financial offer. She is worried he wants to give her as little as £2million even though Paul is worth close to £1billion. Heather also thinks Macca wants to go to court instead of settling because he believes he will walk away a winner," a source was quoted by the Sun, as saying.
"There is no question any mud-slinging will work against her. But £2million sounds small considering his fortune. I think £20million sounds more reasonable," he added. (ANI)
