The reason – it seems that the former Miss USA is furious that the hotel heiress is stealing all her men.
Moakler was said to be livid when Hilton reportedly got hot and heavy with her estranged hubby, Blink 182’s Travis Barker.
However, what really has Moakler fuming, is that the ‘Stars Are Blind’ singer is making a habit of dating her men, for she was also spotted getting cozy with Moakler’s ex, boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
"For her to do it not once, but twice, was in the poorest of taste," The Sun quoted Moakler, as saying.
Moakler also admitted to US news show EXTRA that photographs of Travis kissing Paris had hurt her to the core.
"I think it was all done on purpose and it absolutely devastated me. It was really painful. For him to go with her was probably a very vindictive, spiteful thing to do," she said.
However, Shanna insists that reports stating that she had pushed Hilton down a flight of stairs are totally false.
"I just had words with her. That's it. I think any woman has the right," she added. (ANI)
