02 Feb 2007 (Sawf News) - A website that lets visitors peruse personal photos, videos, diaries, medical records, passport and other legal document of Paris Hilton for a fee of $39.97 was issued a temporary restraining order Friday, reports TMZ.

The documents were acquired and put on the website by entrepreneur Bardia Persa for $10 million from a third party which bought them in a public auction for $2,775.

Earlier this week, Hilton, 26, had filed a federal lawsuit seeking closure of the website.

The lawsuit claimed she put the items in storage two years ago, when she and her sister, Nicky Hilton, moved out their house following a burglary. She was "shocked and surprised" that her private belongings were sold in a public auction because a moving company that was supposed to pay the storage fees defaulted.

In a declaration supporting the lawsuit Paris said, "I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters' private personal belongings for commercial gain". She also expresses concern that the information could be used for identity theft or harassment.

Friday's temporary injunction prohibits Persa from publicly displaying Paris' health information, social security number, phone numbers, addresses, banking and financial information and "photographs, videos, and writings depicting Plaintiff in a sexual manner not previously exposed to public viewing."

The injunction also prohibits Persa from displaying Paris' "name, voice, photograph, or likeness in connection with any website, whether under the domain www.parisexposed.net or otherwise, in connection with the offer or sale of any good (sic) or service without Plaintiff's consent."
