20 Feb 2007 (Sawf News) - For reasons that remain unclear, Judge Seidlin just asked Howard K. Stern to write Dannielynn's name on an easel under the word "daughter."
The issue before the court is who gets custody of Anna Nicole Smith's body for burial and where she will be buried.
Stern has been ordered to state his case to have Smith put in a plot next to her son in the Bahamas. Smith's will leaves out any mention of a burial place.
Smith's mother, Vergie Arthur, will be making her case to take the body of her estranged daughter to Texas.
According to TMZ Stern complied. He strode across the room somberly, and wrote the name on a sheet of white paper on the easel.
"Why are we spending so much time here?" asked the judge. "We're here to save one child."

I think Anna Nicole Smith should be buried with her son. I recently lost a daughter and I know how Anna felt about her's son death.

I loved Anna Nicole,
Howard left every thing behind to take care of her and her boy. He is a unique human being. He is the real father of her baby girl and should be left in peace.
Is quite clear, crystal clear that she wanted him by her side. He has a decent educated family and Dannielynn has a great father in him. My respect, admiration and prayers are with him.
Her mother is a shameless, pathetic woman that even in death did not show respect and love for her daughter.
