Biel was the first to arrive followed, half an hour later, by Valderrama.
"They were in deep conversation," said a witness. "Then, Latin music was playing and he twirled her about. They seemed to be together all night."
Biel, who was voted Esqire's "sexiest woman alive" in 2005 (She took over the mantle from Angelina Jolie), has earlier dated Chris Evans, her co-star in the films London and Cellular, from 2001 to 2006.

Since her falling apart with Chris Evans Jessica has dated 7-time All-Star shortstop for the New York Yankees Derek Jeter (Nov 2006) and more recently (Feb 2007) Justin Timberlake.
Jessica and Justin were first seen together at Prince's Golden Globes after-party, and Cameron was said to have started a row with the 26-year-old singer after seeing them together.
Later, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre actress joined Justin at Utah's Sundance Film Festival, where his new film Black Snake Moan premiered and the pair were seen snowboarding and spending time together.
Jessica was last seen in The Illusionist (2006) as Sophie. Her forthcoming films include Next and I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.
Valderrama, 27, is a comic actor best known for the role of Fez in the sitcom That '70s Show and as the host of the MTV series Yo Momma.
