February 28, 2007 (Sawf News) – A close friend of Kevin Federline revealed to Us Weekly magazine that the aspiring rapper is putting his life on hold to concentrate on his ex-wife Britney Spears and their two children.
Federline is currently looking after his two sons with Spears, Sean Preston, 17 months and Jayden James, 7 months whilst Spears is under rehab at the Promises centre.
In the past, Federline was known for his partying, drinking and smoking marijuana, while Spears was the one who stayed at home to look after the children.
However, the insider claims Federline's newfound responsibilities as the only available parent for his children and the need to take care of his wife have changed his outlook on life.
“He’s devastated and cries all the time,” a source close to Federline, 28, tells Us Weekly. “Kevin wants to get back together with her. He is her biggest supporter."
Federline, along with Spears’ mother Lynne encouraged and urged Spears to take rehab seriously and get a hold on her life. He has shown his support by visiting his ex-wife and looking after their two sons.

I think you are giving only one side of the story, and leaving out Britney's drugging, implying he was the only one, as if marijuana compares with ecstasy and cocaine. Please try not to be so biased.

I think they should try and work things out. It seems that Kevin is supporting Britney now when she really needs it. Okay he messed up for a while and now so did she. They should both pick-up and start out fresh.

I am so glad to hear that! I was thinking how Britney has been through so much in the last few years and really all she wanted was love. Kevin was doing his own thing all the while she was pregnant and I am glad he is stepping up to the plate to support her now.

Britney
Stay away from Federline. He only wants the money. He treated you like trash and he will again. You could be great again. Stop dumpster diving and kick him to the curb. You are [bleep]ing up and will have to pay him to keep your kids for you.
Don't be a dumb a**.
Also, since when did prayer stop alcoholism? Seems prayer causes drinking and drugging! Get away from the mind games and just do the morally right thing for your children. Bad enough they have Federline for a dad, now this. Wake up.
Speaking of god, have you heard the one that goes...if god didn't want you to drink, he wouldn't have created alcohol.
