London, March 15 (ANI): Troubling the cops seems to be former model Heather Mills' favorite pastime these days, after she made four emergency calls in 24 hours.
Mills, who reportedly had a valid reason behind the frantic calls, had filed a complaint against some photographers who had been following her near her home in East Sussex.
However the police claims that no such activity was seen each time the officers responded to the calls, and they have now told the animal rights activist to stop bothering them unnecessarily.
"These calls have taken up a lot of valuable time for my officers," The Mirror quoted Chief Supt Kevin Moore, of Brighton and Hove police, as saying.
"She should be charged with wasting police time," another police officer added.
Meanwhile Heather, who is occupied with her messy divorce battle with former Beatles singer Sir Paul McCartney, is gearing up to win the hearts of Americans when she appears in the reality dance competition 'Dancing with the Stars', that premieres on Mar 19 in the US.
In an appearance on for US reality show, Mills said that she hoped her participation in the show "might provide a bit of fun and a few laughs - things I've been missing for far too long." (ANI)
