April 05, 2007 (Sawf News) – Howard K. Stern is in talks with high-powered lawyer Lin Wood who is a specialist in defamation lawsuits.
According to TMZ.com, Lin Wood’s representatives confirmed in a statement that, “…[Wood] is in discussions with Howard K. Stern concerning possible legal representation of Mr. Stern, both individually and in his capacity as the Executor of the Estate of Anna Nicole Smith.”
Woods represented Patsy and John Ramsey in Ramsey case. He filed numerous defamation claims against multiple media entities including Court TV, FOX News for maligning his clients.
“Mr. Wood is not commenting further on his discussions with Mr. Stern,” the statement also said.
