Washington, Apr 12 (ANI): 'Girls Gone Wild' creator Joe Francis is in trouble with the law once again and can face upto10 years in prison as well as a fine of 500,000 dollars.

According to TMZ, the CEO and founder of Mantra films Inc. has been indicted on federal tax evasion charges.

Francis allegedly deducted more than 20 million dollars in false business expenses by showing fake receipts in his 2002 and 2003 corporate income tax returns.

The 'sex sells' follower is also charged with transferring millions of dollar from an offshore account to a U.S. brokerage account held in the name of Rothwell Limited, a Cayman Islands corporation which he controls.

Francis was earlier arrested at a Florida airport on a warrant seeking his criminal contempt of court, in a case where he was accused of covertly filming seven minors in sexually explicit situations. (ANI)
