The 25-year-old daughter of airline and media tycoon Richard Branson, once went on holiday with the Prince's ex Kate Middleton.
One party guest said: "They were very close. I'd wager Holly will be William's next girlfriend."
William, 24, reportedly opened his heart to Holly as he sipped £100 Treasure Chest cocktails, ignoring attempts by a number of attractive girls to distract him.
