Washington, May 12 (ANI): Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan was "terrified" of portraying an explicitly "sexual" female in her latest flick.
The 20-year-old, who was recently caught on tape snorting cocaine on a wild night out, revealed that she had to put in a great effort to play Rachel, a troubled young girl who tries to seduce her stepfather, in Georgia Rule.
"I was really nervous when I had the scene where I had to be sexual and provocative. I was terrified. I cried so much when we wrapped. I haven't been able to go where Rachel goes in a movie,” Lohan was quoted by USA Today as saying.
The actress' character in the movie suffers sexual abuse, and her co-star Jane Fonda, who works to avert teenage pregnancy in the film, said that she found it very hard to watch.
"I get so emotional when I see this movie, because I work with girls who have been abused. And I know how the abuse makes them act out,” Fonda said. (ANI)
