People.com reports, the lockup hasn’t been easy for the 26 year-old hotel heiress.
A source told about Paris’s condition, "she cries all day. She looks unwashed, she has no makeup and her hair is tangled. She cried audibly through the first two nights."
The red carpet regular is now confined in a 12x8 foot cell reserved for high-profile inmates and those who need extra protection at L.A.'s Century Regional Detention Facility.

So far Paris has had visits from only two people, her lawyer, Richard A. Hutton and psychiatrist, Dr. Charles Sophy as family visits are allowed only on weekends.
"She's in isolation for 23 of the 24 hours of the day," told Hutton. "Because of who she is, they had no choice ... but to place her in administrative segregation."
Hutton also added, "she's doing very well under the circumstances.
