"It as my car and I have no comment," she told Access Hollywood.
She refused to say whether the tail spinning pop tart had contacted her.
"I guess this is my 15 minutes of fame and I don't like it," she added philosophically and in jest.
After the fender bender Britney took a close look at the fender of her Mercedes and then walked past the station wagon without a glance.
Both vehicles were merely scratched.
