Kim Robard-Rifkin alleges that Britney's car struck her car on Monday, August 6th, in a Petco parking lot in Studio City, CA, and that the pop singer has not contacted her in accordance with California law.
Britney had hit a white station wagon with her black Mercedes convertible as she pulled into a parking lot Monday. A video tape of the incident is widely available on the net.
After the fender bender Britney took a close look at the fender of her Mercedes and then walked past the station wagon without a glance.
Speaking with Access Hollywood, the owner of the station wagon had refused to comment on the incident.
