The couple applied for and obtained a marriage license in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon.
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres show earlier this month, alluding to Solomon, Anderson had said she has fallen madly in love with a poker player who asked her for sexual favors in return for wiping out her $250,000/- casino debt in Las Vegas.
Anderson has been married twice earlier and both her beaus, Kid Rock and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee made news early September when they fought over her at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Besides having bedded Paris Hilton in her infamous sex tape One Night In Paris, Solomon was previously married to "90210" actress Shannen Doherty.
