The two 15-year-old singers are part of the Best of Both Worlds Tour currently touring through New York, but were not known to be dating.
"They just broke up, but not many people even knew they were going out," an insider told Pagesix.
Cyrus gave a hint that the two were more than just teenaged friends when during a concert she gave a peck on his cheek.

its kinda sad because he's had this huge crush on her for like a long time and then they finally go out and she just breaks up with him. i feel sorry for him because i heard from alot of fans and friends of mine that they all agree and think that she was just using him for publicity and career. but im not saying thats what happened im just saying what i think happened so dont get to worried. but still u never know ....
what if? what if she really did or still does have feelings for him? thats something to ponder. hopefully somebody will say on the internet, magazines or the news. im just saying all this because i love nick and i really care about him, his brothers, his career and i will love him for who he is forever. im saying this also because i care Deeply about his feelings also. and thats basically all i have to say.....even though it was a bit much lol. well thanks for reading.

OMG I didn’t even know nick and Miley were even together!!!!!!!!! So what they split. If she is happy the way she is then so be it. Nick there are plenty more fish in the sea she just wasn't the right one! There are girls all over the place that really like you, you just don't see it ( I'm not one of them:|) Ha.
Ok maybe I am one of them. But that doesn't change the fact. But there are loads of Girls out there that REALLY like you Like my friend Millie for instance. She is in LOVE with you she said to me "I would do anything just to tell him how much I love him" and ok she maybe obsessed but that's just life, its not like there were going to stay forever, so don't just blame it on her, Its kinda Nick as well because he could have done all he could just to make her happy, No offence.
