Aguilera, 27, wore a revealing low-cut dress as she made her first TV chat show appearance just five weeks after giving birth to son Max Liron Bratman on January 12.
The pop singer was left blushing - and then laughing hysterically - when host Ellen DeGeneres highlighted how certain physical attributes were clearly still swollen from childbirth.
"You look great. One question: Are you nursing?" Ellen teased.
A blushing Aguilera looking down at her décolletage responded: "Yeah - I guess it's a little obvious!"
"He's going to be a healthy boy," Ellen quipped
"He is. He's very healthy," Aquilera proudly agreed.
The banter continued with Ellen recounting what Aguilera had said during her last appearance on the show.
"The last time you were here you were talking about naked Sundays, that you and your husband are naked all day Sundays. Maybe that is how this came about," she deadpanned.
"Possible. Yes, yes...I think it happened on a Sunday," said Aguilera.
Turning serious, she said the cliché that having a child is the greatest love you ever know has proven true. "I was just amazed with the whole process," she added. "It's unbelievable to see yourself grow like that, and then to actually see the project of your love together...
