However, the real concern may well be what the actress, who recently spent three months at Cirque Lodge in Utah, is up to when photogs are not observing her.
The 21-year-old first hit The Wiltern Theatre where she picked up a friend, reports Pagesix.com.
The two of them then headed to iO West in Hollywood where Lindsay was seen dragging her friend inside.
Finally, Lindsay hit Goa night club. She was eventually picked up from there by her friend DJ Samantha Ronson and the two spent both Friday and Saturday night at Ronson's house
On Friday, Lindsay assured the concerned photogs trailing her that she had a grip on herself.
"I'm not going anywhere crazy, guys," she told them.
However, a source told Fox News' Pop Tarts that Lindsay attends secret soirees where she lets herself loose.
"Lindsay has been going to quite a few private house parties in the Hollywood Hills," an insider told Pop Tarts. "I guess this is easier for her as she can get back into those bad habits and it stays a little more under the radar. But at this point I really do feel sorry for her."
"She has a long way to go to get over her issues," added the source.
