She picked up some beverages to keep herself hydrated while she worked out.
Lauren was stylishly attired in a fitted white tee with printed front, navy blue tights, running shoes and shades.
The Hills star spent the entire day in her house, filming a segment of the reality TV show; she stepped out to get some exercise once the TV crew left.
Lauren and feuding house mate Audrina Patridge, made nice last week when they visited Crown nightclub together with 'Lo' Bosworth. There is no definitive word as yet on whether the visit was an orchestrated PR exercise, or a genuine change of hearts.
Lauren earned a paycheck of $1.5 million last year, and was ranked #97 on the recently released Forbes list of 100 most powerful celebrities, compiled on the basis of the earnings and media coverage.
