"No, he hates children," Pitt clarified to Extra.
Pitt and Clooney were in town to promote Ethan Coen's crime comedy Burn After Reading, a film about a disk containing the memoirs of a CIA agent, which ends up in the hands of two unscrupulous gym employees who attempt to sell it.
Brad Pitt has since flown back to Provence, South France, to rejoin Angelina Jolie and their brood at Château Miraval.
