The show in Las Vegas will kick off her world tour in support of her new album.
Both the album and the world tour are expected to be bigger and better than anything Britney has done before, reports the Mirror.
Britney has been seen off and on with her pal George Maloof, the owner of the Palms.
According to sources, Britney will take the stage shortly before midnight accompanied by burlesque dancers, fireworks and special effects.
