According to the Los Angeles Times, the Tuscan style home comes with a city lights view, a Pebble Tec pool and spa that includes tropical waterfalls.
There is a part of the house that Vanessa will not be using for at least a little over one year - the wine cellar, which features glass doors and Mexican wrought iron.
Vanessa seems to have got a good deal on the house, thanks to the slump in the housing market; the property was listed at $3,299,000 for almost a year.
Vanessa is currently in Europe promoting her new film High School Musical 3: Senior Year.
Hudgens has been dating her High School Musical series co-star Zac Efron for over a year. She confirmed the relationship in an interview with Teen Magazine on October 2007.
