Jamie Lynn, 17, and fiancé Casey Aldridge welcomed a baby girl, Maddie Briann, on June 19 in a hospital in Mississippi.
Britney, 26, is currently at the Spears family home in Kentwood, having arrived there on Friday, November 7, with sons Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2. This is the first time she has been allowed to travel out of California with the toddlers since loosing their custody to ex Kevin Federline earlier this year. She is also accompanied by her father and conservator Jamie and elder brother Brian.
Britney is expected to spend a week with her family.
Appearing in defense of her daughter during her recent trial for driving in California without a valid state license, Jamie told a California court that Britney was a permanent resident of Louisiana who was temporarily in California because of her children.
