Bell was seen hanging out with Twilight star Robert Pattinson at the Twilight premiere and after party on Monday, November 17.
Joe Jonas, 19, did not accompany Camilla, 22, to the event.
At the 2008 Country Music Awards recently, Taylor Swift told OK! magazine that Joe Jonas and Camilla Belle have been together for months.
"They've been together for months," she said. "That's why we broke up."
Camilla accompanied the Jonas Brothers on vacation to Cabo San Lucas beach resort in Mexico earlier this month. She was photographed on the beach with them on November 9, wrapped in just a towel.
Joe first met Camilla on the set of the Jonas Brothers' music video for Lovebug, which was shot on September 19.
It is possible Joe did not accompany Camilla on instructions from the JoBro managers. Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas never acknowledged their relationship publicly. Following her breakup, Swift alluded to Joe's refusal to go public with their romance as a sore point.
It will be interesting to see how Camilla handles Joe's absence by her aside at public events.
Interestingly, Camilla is also rumored to be dating Pattinson's good pal, actor Tom Sturridge!
