During the romantic night out the couple snuggled together in a booth and were seen, sipping drinks, feeding and kissing each other.
Lopez and Anthony have been recently spotted without their wedding bands, sparking rumors of an impending split.
Lopez walked the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button at Mann's Village in Westwood, California, on December 8, sans her 8-carat diamond engagement ring, wedding band.
A week earlier, Anthony was spotted in Las Vegas without his wedding band.
Multiple sources told Us magazine for its new issue cover story that the couple is on the verge of a split.
"They both didn't wear their rings on purpose," a friend who has known the couple for four years told Us. "Nothing Jennifer does is without purpose."
However, Marc's rep, Blanca Lasalle, told People magazine:
"They are doing great. [These] are fabricated stories. They are together. He had a boys night out. She had a girls' night out. There is nothing wrong with that."
Jennifer Lopez, 39, and Marc Anthony, 40, married in June 2004.
The couple welcomed two healthy babies, a boy and a girl, Emme and Max, on February 22.
Marc has two sons and a daughter from two previous relationships.
