Jett Travolta, the 16-year-old son of John Travolta and Kelly Preston, died while on vacation with the family in the Bahamas.

Jett was found dead in the bathroom of their private suite at the Old Bahama Bay Resort at 10 PM on Friday, January 2, by the caretaker, Jeff Michael Kathrein, reports TMZ.
He is reported to have hit his head in a bathtub during a seizure. Attempts to revive him at the scene of the accident proved unsuccessful.
Jett suffered from Kawasaki Syndrome, a condition which affects children from ages 2 to 5 and can lead to inflammation of the arteries and seizures.
Jett was the only son of Travolta, 54, and Preston, 46, who also have a daughter, Ella Bleu, 8.
