January 12, 2009, (Sawf News) - Renée Zellweger tells Marie Claire magazine that her busy work schedule keeps loneliness at bay, but she is open to another walk down the aisle.
"I never say never about anything, because I look back on my own personal history and it shocks me," she tells the February issue of the magazine.
"If I would ever have said, 'Oh, for sure this is going to be in my future,' most of my experiences would not have been on my list. So I don't even bother thinking about it, because I've learned that there's no anticipating that stuff," she added.
Zellweger, 39, who has been single since her short lived marriage with singer Kenny Chesney in May 2005 was annulled, says she is at peace with herself.
"The thing is, I'm away all the time," says Zellweger. "I suppose if I sat still long enough to get to know somebody beyond a dinner date, maybe. But I don't feel like my life is empty or that I have to make something happen."
Even if her hectic work schedule were to ease, there would be no loneliness for her, because of the projects she yearns to do.
"I have projects to develop. I want to study American history and political science, live in an apartment in France, and fix my bad French. And is there really time for all of it?" she says.
Renée dated her Deciever (1997) co-star Josh Pate and is rumored to have dated George Clooney. She was engaged to Jim Carrey but ended the relationship in December 2000.
She dated her Cold Mountain co-star Jack White for two years, after having grown close to him on the set of the film.
She married singer Kenny Chesney in May 2005. The couple announced their intent to annul the marriage on September 15, 2005. The annulment was finalized in late December 2005.
