February 05, 2009, (Sawf News) - Up for an award and slated to perform on Grammy night, the Jonas Brothers are "beyond nervous" but promise a few delightful surprises for their fans.
Speaking to People magazine on the set of their upcoming Disney Channel series, JONAS, Kevin, 21, said:
"I'm beyond nervous. I'm not even going to hide it at all. We're going to focus on the performance. That's what we do best and that's what we'll put our minds on."
They wouldn't divulge what they planned to perform.
"I can't give away any secrets but there will be some big surprises," said 16-year-old Nick Jonas.
The sibling rockers are nominated in the Best New Artist category along with Adele, Duffy, Lady Antebellum and Jazmine Sullivan.
They readily defer to the stiff competition that they face in their category.
"We would love to win…at the end of the day I think Adele is really amazing. I'd give her record, Chasing Pavements, record of the year," Nick says unabashedly.
"Just to be in that room, performing on that stage is amazing," Joe, 19, agrees.
