February 10, 2009, (Sawf News) - Britney Spears and ex Kevin Federline have settled on their children's custody during Britney's upcoming 'Circus' tour.
The tour starts on March 3 in New Orleans and ends on April 28 in Rosemont, Illinois with a planned 31 dates in the United States.
Under the arrangement signed off by their respective lawyers, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, will stay at locations in New Jersey, New Orleans and L.A. during the tour, allowing Britney to visit them after her gigs.
Britney will make arrangements for Kevin to stay at these locations and also compensate him with $5,000 per week.
Significantly, the agreement formalizes their current custody arrangement, under which the toddlers spend 3 days and nights with Britney every week, occasionally spending more time with her in a week than they do with Kevin.
For all practical purposes, the former couple has settled on a 50/50 custody arrangement that will remain in effect even after the end of the tour.
