According to Star Magazine, the no holds barred book will detail Jennifer's obsessive exercise regime, embarrassing TV viewing habits, devotion to astrology and numerology and how he witnessed the actress throw fits!
"John just can't keep his mouth shut," a pal tells Star, "and he's telling friends that he's thinking of going public with all their juicy secrets."
"It is Star Magazine that is 'THE RAT' and they should be ashamed of the disgusting story they've written," John's rep said in a statement to Access Hollywood, soon after the story was published.
