Willis's ex-wife Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher, who are both close to Willis, arrived on the island Saturday, a source told People.
At a hotel close to Willis' house, a block of ocean view rooms and private villas have been reserved for his guests, says another source on the island.
Willis, who has been dating 32-year-old Heming, a model, since last year, will turn 54 on Thursday.
