In the video she gets emotional talking about the little life, a miracle, wriggling inside her.
Nagra, 33, married her boyfriend of seven years James Stenson on January 17, 2009. The couple had two ceremonies: a civil one and a Sikh one.
In early December the couple announced that they are expecting their first child who is due to be born in the summer of 2009.
"We are thrilled and overjoyed at the prospect of becoming first time parents," Nagra said.
Nagra says she is using medical clothing on her show ER to hide her bump. She told MSNBC, "Blue scrubs and lab coats hide quite a lot,"
"I actually have a pair of my own custom made maternity scrubs courtesy of our wonderful wardrobe department made with stretchy fabric to fit round the 'bump'! The guys at 'ER' have been extremely supportive."
ER will end its 15 season run shortly before the baby arrives and Nagra is keeping her post baby work options open.
"I feel like I will want to work, but who knows what I'll feel like when the baby arrives," she says.
