Amidst the friends and family at the intimate and private wedding were Willis' ex-wife Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher, who are both close to Willis.
Bruce and Demi split in 2000 after 13 years of marriage. They have three daughters, Rumer, 20, Scout, 17, and Tallulah, 15.
Willis, who turned 54 on Thursday, has been dating 32-year-old Heming, a British model, since last year.
