The photos obtained by Radaronline.com show Eroshevich sitting outdoors with several wine glasses in front of her on a garden table, snorting white powder that is plentiful.
One photo shows Eroshevich looking at the camera, apparently aware that she is being photographed.
Eroshevich, 61, was indicted along with Nicole's partner and lawyer Howard K. Stern and another of her doctors, Sandeep Kapoor earlier this month.
The three were charged with eight felonies for illegally conspiring to provide controlled substances to Smith from between June 2004 and January 2007.
Eroshevich surrendered to the police and was released on bail of $20,000.
She was a close friend of Anna Nicole's and her next door neighbor.
