The event honored Paul's daughter, Stella McCartney, with an award for her commitment to animal welfare.
Stella, a Vegan, got the award for her pledge not to use leather and fur in her collections.
Nancy, 48, wore a pink ensemble designed by Stella, comprising a mini dress and sparkling sheer leggings, under a nude trench coat. She accessorized with nude heels and a black sequined clutch. Her dark shoulder length layered cut hair framed her petit face.
Paul McCartney and the American Socialite Nancy have been dating since November 2007. The pair comes through as happy and inseparable.
Miss Shevell is legally separated from her husband Bruce Blakeman.
They have a teenage son, Arlen.
Earlier this month the couple attended Stella's Paris Fall/Winter Fashion show where they graced the front row.
