During the current visit Amy intends to mix work with pleasure, recording her third album in between frolicking on the beach, not necessarily clothed.
Actually, she is off to a flying start with her frolicking. According to UK’s Daily Mail, the 25-year-old decided to shed her bikini top while on the beach. When told she could not do it, she ran through the family-friendly five-star resort topless, babbling nonsense to herself and waving her arms in the air. She went past the pool area where children were playing.
“Everyone was shocked,” said an onlooker. “One minute Amy was relaxing with friends on the beach and the next she was running around half-naked.
“She seems to like lounging around topless and might have had enough of being told what to do.
“She was talking to herself as she ran and flailing her arms around but we couldn't tell what she was saying - it didn't make a bit of sense.”
Her bodyguard picked up the clothing she'd discarded on the beach and a hotel worker handed her a blue cover-up.
Winehouse is clearly in love with the island and is reportedly planning to buy a £3million home there.
Despite the bizarre start to her second island vacation, the singer will get back to her singing, assures her rep Chris Goodman.
"She is having her usual break," Chris told People. "She will start working with Salaam Remi soon."
Remi, a hip hop producer, worked with Amy on her earlier two albums - Frank and Back to Black.
