Vanessa Hudgens wore a shimmering golden crop jacket atop a white tunic top and black skinny jeans. She accessorized with black studded Christian Louboutin pumps, long gold necklace, multiple beaded bracelets in her left arm and a cat-eye cocktail ring in her left hand index finger.
Her dark curly hair was styled in her signature style draping the shoulders with a middle parting. She wore pink lip gloss and cat-eye liner with sweeps of mascara.
Efron hosted SNL for the first time to promote his new comedy film 17 Again, due in theatres in the US on April 17.
