"The report is not true. We have no idea who started the rumor, but it's fabricated," Kidman's rep, Catherine Olim, told E! News.
The report first surfaced Down Under when the magazine New Idea quoted a Vietnamese official of the Department of International Adoption at the Ministry of Justice in Hanoi, as saying:
"Yes, Nicole Kidman wants a baby from Vietnam. We've been approached by the American embassy. This is very sensitive information. We are keeping it closed."
Late last month, there were rumors that the 41-year-old Australian born actress was pregnant with her second child after she was photographed with a fuller waistline.
Nicole and Keith welcomed their first child, daughter Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, on July 7, 2008, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kidman is also mother to two children that she adopted with first husband Tom Cruise: daughter Isabella Jane Kidman-Cruise (b. December 22, 1992) and son Connor Anthony Kidman-Cruise (b. January 17, 1995).
