June 03, 2009, (Sawf News) - Reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set to announce their break up are “absolutely not true” says Pitt’s rep.
"Not true at all," the rep told Us magazine.
The National Enquirer reports that the couple is set to announce an "official" split, and an "ugly court battle" could ensue over their $200 million assets and custody of their six children.
Meanwhile, Pitt, who performed Daddy duties at home while Jolie filmed the spy thriller Salt has resumed work; he was at a studio in LA for the pre-production work related to his next film based on the 2003 book, Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game.
Pitt will play Billy Beane, Oakland A's general manager who successfully put together a baseball club on a budget, by employing computer-generated analysis to draft his players.
