According to People, Rihanna and Graham laughed and chatted at the event to mark the release of Black Eyed Peas' Target deluxe version of their album, The E.N.D..
They stayed there for two hours and left at the same time, in separate vehicles.
The subpoena served on the Barbadian singer earlier in the day to testify against former boyfriend Chris Brown did not cramp her style or zest for life.

She accessorized with zebra pumps, and loads of statement silver jewelry - super sized hoop earrings, multiple pendant necklaces, three chunky rings in her left hand and one in her right hand index finger. She wore pale pink lipstick, bold eyeliner and lots of mascara. Her asymmetrical pompadour hair added to the dramatic looks.
Rihanna was spotted locking lips with Drake on May 18, at Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge on West 42nd Street.
The next day Drake called in to New York's Hot 97 to deny a New York Post story that the two are an item.
"It's not like that at all," Drake told show hosts Cipha Sounds and Paul Rosenberg. "I'm being honest. [She's] just a friend, that's all. A great artist."
