Miley’s handlers interrupted her conversation with Dave and Jimmy on WNCI Columbus when the hosts quizzed her about her return for a fourth season of Hannah Montana, a topic that was not listed as off limits in a brief given to the radio station before the interview.
Miley has been phoning in live on radio stations to promote her upcoming tour in September.
After hanging up on two radio stations on Friday, June 12, Miley took to her Twitter account to explain that her managers hung up because the hosts went past the time slots allocated to them.
On both occasion the disconnection took place immediately after the radio DJ’s strayed beyond the list of topics they were permitted to ask.
The one radio station that Miley did not hang up on was Woody and Jim in Nashville, Tennessee, her home town. During the phone in Miley readily spoke about her rekindled romance with Nick Jonas.
This morning, Miley was a lot more guarded speaking about Nick Jonas while discussing the duet titled Before the Storm that she sung with him for the Jonas Brothers' new album - Lines, Vines and Trying Times – which drops tonight.
