According to Poison Ivy, Justin was at Avenue nightclub in New York's Chelsea district Monday night, June 15, kissing, holding hands and canoodling with an unknown brunette in a white hat.
Also at the crowded club were Lindsay Lohan and Owen Wilson.
During the night, an inebriated Justin entertained the guests with a three-minute breakdance that had him rolling on the floor and crashing into surrounding patrons.
At around 3 am, Lindsay saw Timberlake kiss the brunette and attempted to catch him in the act with her camera phone.
She then posted the photo online with an accompanying tweet:
"...where's jb [Jessica Biel] cheater?"
