Michael Lohan has lashed out at the starlet who took the teenager along to a string of glittering bashes during her trip to Paris.
The troubled actress, 23, hit the nightclubs while in the city to debut her fashion line for Ungaro.
But it seemed that Ali was by her side every step of the way.
According to RadarOnline.com, Michael has already told how he is afraid for Lindsay's own life amid fears that she is succumbing to an addiction to prescription pills.
Now he says she's a bad influence on her little sister.
"Lindsay's leaning on Ali right now. Do you think that's good? Leaning on your 15-year-old sister?" he told the website.
When asked if he thinks Ali is heading down the same destructive path as her big sister, Lohan replied: "Absolutely! The biggest argument I had with Dina (Lindsay's mother) when it came to Lindsay was when she allowed her to go out to California by herself at the age of 17 and live with another girl."
