Spears performed her Circus show in front of 17,000 fans in Perth but many walked out after the first three songs, Sydney's Daily Telegraph claimed.
Fan Kathy Wright, 32, said: "It was just really bad. She has not spoken. There is no interaction."
Another concert-goer, Maria Carmody, said that the giant screens inside the Perth Burswood Dome did not show the singer performing and mainly focused on the other performers.
"She was a little dot on stage," she added. "She had her back to the audience a lot of the time."
