The hearing, scheduled to last two days, concluded in just a day, even though the two were unable to agree on the distribution of their assets.
At the conclusion of the hearing, Kate is reported to have left without the flowers.
According to TMZ, Jon is not seeking primary custody of his eight children with Kate.
A financial settlement involving a split of their joint earnings and assets, as well as child support is expected within 30 days. It will be binding on both the parties. Neither Jon or Kate have sought spousal support.
The the divorce is expected to be finalized before the end of the year.
