The 19-year-old British star, who plays Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series, was last reported to be dating financier Jay Barrymore.
A source told PageSix.com:
"They were sitting with Yves Saint Laurent creative director Stefano Pilati. But Emma and Rafael looked like they were on a date. They were sitting very close together."
Cebrian, who is studying at Brown University, where Watson is majoring in English literature, is drummer in the band Monomes.
Watson moved to Brown from England in September. In October, it was reported that Barrymore would follow suite to preclude Watson from hooking up with a new man.
A pal told British newspaper Mail: "Jay is planning to move out there as soon as possible. He is convinced that if he doesn't then an American hunk will try to sweep her off of her feet."
